โรงพยาบาลศูนย์การแพทย์มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง โดยคณะกรรมการบริหารความเสี่ยง จัดกิจกรรม “สำรวจระบบบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยง (Risk Management Round)” ครั้งที่ 1 ประจำปี 2568 เพื่อประเมินกระบวนการทำงานในประเด็นเสี่ยงสำคัญ ได้แก่ ความคลาดเคลื่อนด้านยา การติดเชื้อในสถานพยาบาล และการคัดกรองผู้ป่วยฉุกเฉินที่อาจเกิดความผิดพลาด โดยมุ่งเน้นการค้นหาความเสี่ยงเชิงระบบ กำหนดมาตรการป้องกัน และพัฒนาแนวทางการดูแลรักษาให้ได้มาตรฐานและปลอดภัยยิ่งขึ้น
การลงพื้นที่จัดขึ้นในเดือนพฤษภาคม 2568 แบ่งเป็น 3 วัน ได้แก่ วันที่ 6 พฤษภาคม สำรวจระบบควบคุมการติดเชื้อในหอผู้ป่วยใน (IPD), วันที่ 8 พฤษภาคม สำรวจการคัดกรองผู้ป่วยฉุกเฉินในงานการพยาบาลอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน, และวันที่ 16 พฤษภาคม สำรวจความคลาดเคลื่อนด้านยาในงานเภสัชกรรม โดยมีทีมบริหารความเสี่ยงจากหลากหลายวิชาชีพร่วมดำเนินการ

กิจกรรมนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือในการวิเคราะห์ระบบงาน ระบุปัจจัยเสี่ยง และติดตามผลให้สอดคล้องกับเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน HA เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพบริการและความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วยอย่างต่อเนื่อง
Mae Fah Luang University Medical Center Hospital Conducts “Risk Management Round” – First Session of 2025
Mae Fah Luang University Medical Center Hospital, through its Risk Management Committee, organized the first session of the “Risk Management Round” for 2025 to assess key risk areas, including medication errors, healthcare-associated infections, and potential errors in emergency patient triage. The objective is to identify system-level risks, implement preventive measures, and enhance patient care standards and safety.
The field assessments took place in May 2025 over three days: May 6 focused on infection control in inpatient wards (IPD), May 8 reviewed emergency triage processes in the Emergency and Trauma Nursing Unit, and May 16 examined medication error prevention in the Pharmacy Department. The activities were carried out by a multidisciplinary team including professionals from medicine, nursing, pharmacy, infection control, and quality management.
This initiative aims to foster collaboration in analyzing work systems, identifying risk factors, and ensuring outcomes align with Hospital Accreditation (HA) standards, ultimately improving the quality and safety of patient care.
